Send a case anywhere. Keep the workflow tight.
Stop juggling email threads, FTP links, and Net-30 invoices. Submit the case once, watch it move, pay only when the work is delivered.
What a case looks like, end to end
1. Add the patient and case spec
Choose the case type, arch, restoration kind, and urgency. Drag in scans and photos. Mark consent if you've authorized sharing the patient's name with the lab.
2. Pick a lab — or invite your own
Filter the marketplace by specialty, language, turnaround, and currency. If you already work with a lab off-platform, you can invite them in and skip the marketplace fee structure.
3. Get a quote, fund escrow
The lab reviews and quotes a gross price. You authorize payment via Stripe; funds hold in escrow until you confirm delivery.
4. Watch the workflow
Workflow board shows the case across all your active labs. Realtime status updates, design-review proofs sent to your inbox, optional Slack-style messaging per case.
5. Approve the design
When the case hits design review, you approve or request changes inline. Your decision and any notes are timestamped on both sides.
6. Confirm delivery
When the work arrives, mark it delivered. Funds release to the lab. If the work isn't right, hold the release and the platform mediates.
Compliance you can hand to your privacy officer
- Business Associate Agreement (BAA) on file before any PHI is exchanged.
- Consent gating for patient identifiers, enforced at the database level — not just in the UI.
- Per-user, per-tenant audit log retained for seven years.
- EU customers covered by Standard Contractual Clauses; US customers by HIPAA Security Rule controls.
- DSAR export-by-subject available on request, fulfilled within 30 days.
Free to start. You only pay when work completes.
The 10% platform fee is deducted from the lab payout, not from your charge. You see the gross price; the lab sees their net.
